This really didn’t address the issue just like the article that was released a week ago it is covered in “what ifs” and “maybes”. As students don’t we pay for housing to provide a staff that is suppose to observe these areas? I thought that the DA’s watched the lobby while the RA’s watched the halls with the sheriffs dept observing the behaviors of the entire campus. The overall goal of housing should be to make the dorms feel like a home for the students and try to have a strong returning rate for the years to come however even these students who are conducting the interview are saying if you don’t like it leave. The students pay for a service and the housing system is not delivering a good product, and who is to be held accountable? I would love to see an interview or read an article on this school page in which the information is not biased and does indeed solve the issue at hand or at least addresses the point instead of defending the mistakes of the system. The students pay the staff to do a job not waste funds on a camera system.
