One of her most memorable experiences was producing her feature film.
“Eternity Road helped me grow a lot as a filmmaker because I had to switch from writing in Farsi to writing in English as being a bilingual writer is definitely a super power,” said Dadgar.
Dadgar’s experience in filmmaking has influenced her teaching. In her classes, she is big on hands-on experience , collaboration, team-building and allowing students to learn from their mistakes.
Dadgar serves on the board for the Pueblo Film Fest. The festival is in its second year and is scheduled to take place April 24 through April 27. She also serves as the executive producer at the festival. She is responsible for creating a team that assists the filmmakers and decides the winners of each award that is given out at the festival.
