After 17 years as a member of the CSU-Pueblo nursing department staff, Katie Cadena-Priebe has resigned as an administrative assistant. Cadena-Priebe said she resigned over a conflict with the associate dean of the nursing department She said she reached out to the dean to try to solve this conflict, but decided to resign.

Women’s basketball strikes back

The CSU-Pueblo women’s basketball team is back, after a successful season winning an NCAA tournament game for the first time in program history. Last year, the ThunderWlves went 21-10 and won their fourth Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship.

Thunderwolf Football off to Good Start

The CSU-Pueblo football team is off to a 5-0 start, after a 33-30 triple overtime last Saturday at the Thunderbowl. The Thunderwolves are also in the top 25 in the NCAA Division II rankings for the first time in school history, as well as the first time they have appeared in a national poll since 1983, the gothunderwolves.com website reported.
