While Colorado State University Pueblo offers endless resources and hosts a variety of organizations, there are a few important offices students should know!

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office and Parking and Safety Office are located on the basement floor of the Administration Building. Here is where students should go for help with anything related to parking or safety concerns. Students can purchase their parking permits there and obtain temporary parking passes.

On the main level of the same building is where the Admissions Office, Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, Cashier, Accounting and Payroll & Accounts Payable Offices are located.

The Occhiato Student Center is where you will find the office for Student Engagement and Leadership. SEAL’s office is in suite 102, behind the fireplace in the lobby on the main floor of the OSC. SEAL puts on numerous events throughout the year for students to participate in. A student member of the organization, Joey Trenado, described the office as “a lot of fun to work in and displays an enthusiastic and high-energy environment.”

If you live on campus, the main Office for Residence Life & Housing is upstairs in the OSC for any questions. During business hours, students can also visit the Pack Pantry if needed. Other student organizations can check out materials for other events too.

The Wolfpack Wellness Center is located in the Center for Integrated Health and Human Inquiry. In the same building resides the Counseling Center, where students can receive free counseling sessions. Appointments should be made in advance and through their web page under the main CSU Pueblo website: csupueblo.edu. The university’s webpage is also an incredible resource for learning more about our campus’s different offerings and offices.

The library houses both the PACK Center and Career Center. According to their page on the main university’s website, “PACK stands for Professional Academic and Career Knowledge, and we provide Academic Success Coaching, Career services, Testing services, the Academic Improvement Plan, and Tutoring services to support CSU Pueblo students and get them connected with what they need. Find your Academic Success Coach to get advised, registered, and all set up.” The Career Center is located on the third floor of the library.

Other helpful resources include our university’s student learning centers, where students can receive tutoring and academic help from their peers. The Math Learning Center is located on the main floor of the math building and the Science Learning Center is in the Life Sciences Building, room 122. According to their webpage, the SCL tutors for biology, chemistry, and physics courses.

The Writing Center and CHASS Learning Center have been recently relocated to the World Language Center, located on the second floor of the Center for Integrated Health and Human Inquiry building. Students can make a tutoring appointment through Starfish, but walk-ins are welcome. Students looking for revisions on any essay or need tutoring in a CHASS course should seek this resource
