Locals from Pueblo and competitors from across Colorado come to compete in a variety of divisions ranging from Grand American Modifieds (standard open-wheel racecars) to Legends (classic non-racecars modified for the race track), and Figure 8’s (beginner style racecars racing in a figure 8 pattern).
The Speedway offers a classic racecar environment complete with concessions, beer, and souvenirs.
Adult general admission is $10, and adult special event admission is $14. Kids 4 through 12 are $5, and kids under 4 get in for free. The races start at 6 p.m. every Saturday night all summer long, until September 15.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Colorado State University Pueblo. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
