The Colorado State University-Pueblo men’s soccer team lost in double overtime to the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs Mountain Lions 2-1 Sunday at Rawlings Complex.
Senior Udobong Obotette scored a goal on a penalty kick in the first half.
The game featured difficult wind conditions in the second half and UCCS scored a game-tying goal with only minutes left in regulation.
The Pack drops to 8-6 overall, and 4-4 in league play. They sit in fourth place in the RMAC standings.
They will host Fort Lewis on Friday at 4 p.m.
The CSU-Pueblo women’s soccer team defeated University of Colorado-Colorado Springs Mountain Lions 1-0 on a windy day Sunday at Rawlings Complex.
Senior Marli Martin scored the winning goal.
The Pack improves to 6-5-1 overall, and 4-3 in league play. They currently sit in fifth place in the RMAC standings.
They will host Fort Lewis on Friday at 1:30 p.m.
