Name/department/educational background: Meagan Clark, double major: psychology/English, graduated eighth in my class from Raton high school. Took dual credit AP classes for college credit in high school.

What has been your greatest success in writing? (Personal writing, collaborative writing, completing a project or book, etc.) An article I wrote concerning the Jenna Six case that was published on the front page of the Chronicle newspaper in Trinidad.

What do you struggle with in writing and how do you tackle that challenge? Presenting a complex idea in a simple/understandable format that any audience can understand.

What’s your favorite book of all time? Author? “A Separate Peace” by John Knowles

What’s your favorite guilty reading pleasure? The Harry Potter books; I have read them all several times.

Do you have a favorite word or quotation and who is the author? Unknown author: “The things that truly count in life are those things than cannot be counted.”
