The Exercise, Science, Health, Promotion and Recreation department is bulking up its spring roster with two new classes to get your blood pumping. The water safety class will be taught by Tracey Spinuzzi and the cycling class will be taught by Kip Biese, next semester.
“These classes have been brought to campus because the EXHPR department tries to offer a wide variety of physical activity courses to meet the needs of our students. The department offers courses such as aerobics, zumba, martial arts, yoga, weight lifting, triathlon training, swimming, volleyball, ballet, etc.,” said Carol Foust, chair of the EXHPR department.
“The department is always open to new ideas on classes. I am currently exploring the idea of having a ballroom dance course,” Foust said.
If you would like to take a class that is not offered at CSU-Pueblo yet feel free to contact Foust at 719-549-2337 or email her at [email protected].
