There are times when you hear that Carbs can be good for the body especially a good source of energy, but not at night. Carbs are better during the beginning of the day rather than later on in the evening. When we start our day by eating carbs, we burn them faster as the day goes on. Eating carbs in the evening makes it harder to burn after indulging in a busy day and increases more room for food cravings. Avoid eating bread and dinner rolls for dinnertime and focus more on protein, vegetables, and fruits.
